I launched SeaCap Search with the purpose of buying and growing a single Real Estate business in the U.S. I am passionate about building high performing teams and implementing technology to build a successful company.

Meet the Principal
Sean Daly is a 2X founder and entrepreneur with a passion for building successful companies. Prior to Seacap Search, Sean was the CEO of Expetitle, Inc. (now One Real Title, Inc.), a fast-growing multi-state tech-powered title company which was acquired by The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) in January 2022.
Previous to Expetitle, Sean worked at different startup and VC-backed companies in New York City, including Glia Technologies, where he spent four years. At Glia, now a $1B tech unicorn, Sean was one of the first employees and the first business development hire. Sean holds a bachelor's degree from Villanova University, where he played varsity tennis.
